Rachel

Rachel was born in Oakland, CA is a mother of two beautiful sons and resides in NYC. She is a trainer, doula, lactation counselor, actor, podcaster, and nonprofit founder. Rachel founded her nonprofit, Birth Queen to combat the Black maternal health crisis. Rachel is trained in multiple disciplines with a specialty in Pre/postnatal and a passion for the pelvic floor. Her daily motto is CHOOSE JOY DAILY
