Cole B

Cole grew up in Long Island, New York and lived there until graduating high school. He has an amazing family - his parents and three brothers. One of his brothers is his identical twin. His family heritage is Italian (Sicilian) so, pasta and chicken cutlets almost every night was a staple. Growing up wasn't always easy in a family of 6, his parents both worked two jobs to provide for their kids and make sure they could have the best life possible. His brothers and he were very sports oriented so fitness just seemed like the next outlet. He played football and basketball when he was young and that led to getting interested in the fitness industry.
