JOSIE

Josie grew up in Seward before moving to the big city of Anchorage! It’s here she picked up playing the piano and married her teacher’s son - can you say ‘Teacher’s Pet’?! This young true love (married when they were 20) sparked her joy of all things LOVE. She officiates weddings, does engagement photography, and was a wedding photographer in her pre-kid life. Josie started her career in fitness by teaching 5-7 year olds how to XC-ski (her patience truly has no end), she was a certified personal trainer and now is a Pure Barre Instructor. In her free time, Josie’s a little wild mixed with wholesome - she’ll dye her hair and ride a motorcycle, or just enjoy a plain cheese pizza. In her positive and motivating classes, @josie_carlson will have you slapping bags, and your thighs with her hilarious ‘mom jokes’ and quick wit humor.
