Zelzh

I’m Zelzh better known as Coach Z and Mama Z. I’ve been passionate about martial arts for a decade now, training and coaching in both boxing and Muay Thai. My love for the sport continues to grow, especially during my motherhood era. I find deep purpose in helping both women and men discover their strengths and feel empowered through movement. When you step into my class, you can expect to leave feeling revitalized, confident, and ready to take on whatever life throws your way. Fun Facts: ~I’m named after “Zelzah” a street in the valley, iykyk! ~My daughters name is Zeta, and we both share the same initials - ZZ ~My dream is to have a homestead where my family and I can raise chickens and goats.
