Born into a bustling family with 8 siblings and countless cousins, she knows how to keep the energy and vibes at an all time high. Kays passion for fitness has been lifelong, and dedication and discipline run deep in her DNA. Never to be one that shies away from a microphone, Kay has gone from cheerleader, to beauty pageants, to the American Idol stage!
