Say howdy to ya girl LB, the artist formerly known as LQ, one of RBE's Founding Trainers and biggest personalities! LB is a 5-time Atlantic 10 softball champion at Fordham, a nespresso aficionado, and a cat mom to bad girl Patchi B (and mom mom to Cassia!). Most days Lauren's favorite color is a vibrant pink, but pink takes a back seat to Eagles green on football sundays (Go Birds!).
