Lauren Hart

If you haven’t met her yet, chances are you’ve seen her walking her Australian shepherd Easton around Flagler. Born and raised in a small town at the Jersey shore, Lauren made her way down south one state and city at a time, before calling Fort Laudy home. Finding a love and passion for fitness in college, she has taught everything under the sun, from water aerobics, spinning, strength classes, and silver sneakers, to the big name franchises- you name it, she’s probably taught it! You can expect an energetic, upbeat motivator who’s ready to be apart of your journey, with a strong sneaker game to add to her flair, and some dance moves to add to the fun.
