On a whim, she moved to Nashville to pursue her fitness dreams. MC has been a fitness instructor and CPT certified for over 3 years. Her passion is helping others reach their goals! She lives by the motto, "I want to tell you that the windshield is bigger than the rearview mirror for a reason, because what's in front of you is more important than what's behind you."
