Lindsey Lerg

Lindsey hails from Michigan where she was born and raised in a suburb of Detroit. She stayed close to home to attend the University of Michigan where she had the opportunity to play collegiate volleyball and earn her Bachelors in Sport Management. After graduating, she took a job with Madison Square Garden and moved to NYC sight unseen (yes, now she knows why people thought she was crazy for doing that). Fast forward a few years, apartments, and full-time jobs, Lindsey landed herself in Hoboken with a new job that allowed her the flexibility to join Rumble Hoboken as an instructor and has loved every minute she gets to be on the podium leading class or taking it side-by-side next to the amazing members she has come to know. In addition to being on the podium at Rumble, Lindsey is a certified NASM-CPT and loves helping individuals work towards and achieve their fitness goals. When she’s not on the podium, you can find her on walks around Hoboken with her pup, Ruby, managing her crazy clients for an online veterinarian pharmacy, or watching a good crime documentary on the couch with a glass of red wine in hand. After 8 years in NY/NJ, Lindsey still considers herself a Midwesterner at heart and takes every opportunity she can to travel to her family’s cottage in Northern Michigan aka her kind of paradise.
