An Orlando native Lindsay graduated from UCF and traded in her volleyball jersey for a pair of boxing gloves With her energetic spirit and passion for bringing people together, Lindsay is ready to push you out of your comfort zone and prove that fitness can be fun! When she’s not hyping up our studio with the latest hits, you can find her cooking up a storm or soaking up the Florida sunshine.
