Courtney is originally from the Bay Area but after living in Los Angeles for 12 years where she graduated from both LMU and USC (fight on!), she moved last year to Laguna Niguel, CA. After 6 years working in the film marketing entertainment industry, she decided to commit to her side hustle and dream of teaching fitness and hasn't looked back since! She couldn't be happier than she is now inspiring others to live healthy lives and connecting to like minded fitness and wellness brands. If you attend a Rumble class with Courtney, you KNOW you will build confidence in your boxing and strength training skills and leave class feeling like the best version of yourself. When she's not leading class from the podium, you can most likely find Courtney planning a local fitness event, shooting TikTok videos with her husband or exploring the beach cities of Orange County.
