Van

Van has an M.A in American Cultural studies and British Literature and grew up in Germany. She has always been a fitness enthusiast at heart though. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. She has completed CF-LV1 and Group Fitness Certifications. As a military spouse, she worked for different gyms and a very diverse clientele. Van has attended numerous Olympic Weightlifting seminars and other workshops during her career. She enjoys challenging her clients and showing them what they are truly capable of, while ensuring they move safely and with intention. When she is not at the studio, you will find her working as a Personal Trainer and spending time with her family.
