Alex Scott
From the time she learned to walk until her sophomore year of college, Alex had a soccer ball at her feet. Given that the entire first half of her life was shaped in sport, transitioning to a career in fitness felt like fate. Now, eight years into being a fitness professional and with no signs of slowing down, there is no question that it is her destiny. Alex started her career as a CycleBar instructor and was quickly promoted to Master Instructor, where she traveled around the country to train and prepare new instructors to take the podium. From CycleBar’s podium to Rumble’s stage, Alex’s style of coaching remains the same: Work hard, but don’t take yourself too seriously; goals are achieved way faster when you have fun with it! If you can’t find her at Rumble, she is likely in a hot yoga class, watching Bravo, or hanging with her husband, Zach, and Pitbull, Rainer (who, as any parent will tell you, IS the cutest dog in the world).
