A southern Cali girl (which no one from California says, FYI) and a spicy, blunt New Yorker in one, she'll bring both peppy sunshine and sarcastic realism to your 45 minutes. Under Emma’s instruction, expect to have enough energy to metaphorically punch away that guy who cat-called you on the street. All she asks is that you "just say yes." That's how she's lived her life, and she's still happily ticking away…with a couple of near-death experiences but, hey, YOLO.
