Josh
Josh is from Terra Haute, Indiana, and moved to Indy after graduating from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Growing up, he played tennis, but after gaining weight, he took up running and eventually found a love for boxing. Over the past four years, boxing, running, and lifting have become central to his fitness routine, each offering different challenges and a sense of escape.
Josh’s fitness philosophy is simple: “You can.” Whether it’s lifting weights or just moving your body, every step counts. Having lost nearly 100 pounds, Josh believes in the power of consistency and pushing past the voice that says “you can’t.”
His favorite exercise is the Goblet Squat, and in boxing, his go-to combo is 1-1-2-slip front-5. “All you need to do is be better than yesterday” is the motto he lives by, and he’s ready to help you do the same!
