Meet Kristen🔥 - She's a physical therapist and recently opened her own practice! She also teaches barre (working on developing a barre teacher training) and group fitness classes! -Kristen has a degree in French and was training to be a French pastry chef when she had and ACL tear, which helped her realize that she wanted to be a physical therapist -Born and raised in South Dakota. -She's taking a year off…but plays ultimate frisbee - and competed at worlds in Italy on the Brazilian national team in 2014. Kristen also won 2 national championships (2018 and 2022) with the Minneapolis Women’s Masters team. -Walk up song: depends on the tone she wants to set or be in…but either Enter Sandman by Metallica or Dare You by Hardwell
