Lauren Metroka

Lauren was born and raised in Germany (thanks to her Army Dad). Her favorite part of being an Army child was getting to travel all over Europe (yes please!). After graduating high school she said goodbye to Germany and came to Colorado for college. After graduating she moved to Hawaii (thanks to her Air Force husband), where she taught elementary school. Three years and two kids later she moved back to Colorado where she combined her love for teaching and her love of fitness and became a fitness instructor. She got her NASM personal trainer certification (but that just wasn’t enough for her!) and continued on to receive her Schwinn indoor spin and TRX certifications. When she’s not crushing it being a mom, she’s teaching group fitness. You don’t wanna miss this bad ass Mama on the mic! …and did we mention that she LOVES a good beat drop?! So much, that you just might get to see her dance and sing a lyric (or two!)
