LAUREN

Born in Minnesota and raised in Ohio, Lauren is a big-hearted Midwestern gal through and through. Her driving force is any occasion that brings people together. Neighborhood cookout? She’s there. Music festival? Already booked the tickets. Group fitness? There’s nothing better! Perhaps her close-knit, large extended family is to thank, or perhaps it’s all the team sports she dominated in high school (volleyball, lacrosse, and swim team, thank you very much!)—wherever Lauren goes, she is sure to find and curate a sense of community. As soon as she made her big move to San Francisco in 2018, she found her Rumble fam and never looked back. She’s been hitting the 1-2-3s ever since and is now officially joining the family and leading from the podium. When not in the studio, Lauren loves to give back to the communities she holds so dear.
