Alex

Alex was born and raised just outside of Poughkeepsie, NY about an hour and a half north of Long Island. Alex comes from a big Italian family and is the youngest of 5 boys. Growing up, baseball and sports have always been big part of his life. Baseball is a passion of his, and he spent his first 2 years of college playing collegiate baseball in south Texas. Alex then wanted to be closer to home and transferred to Adelphi University here on Long Island to finish off his college baseball years. At Adelphi, he studied exercise science and went on to get his masters degree in exercise physiology. He has always had a passion for health and fitness and has worked as a fitness instructor for the past 5 years. Alex is absolutely pumped to be a part of the Rumble team! He can’t wait to get to work and throw hands with y’all in the studio 👊🏽
