Kyrie
And in the red corner of the ring, standing at 5’2—don’t let her size fool you, this powerhouse knows how to bring the heat!
Born and raised in the Bay Area, Kyrie discovered her love for movement early on. A true athlete at heart, she grew up competitively
dancing Tahitian and Hula, ran cross country and track in high school, and stepped into the world of group fitness training at just 18 years
old. From dance cardio to strength training, HIIT, and bootcamps, she quickly became a dynamic and well-rounded trainer.
Beyond fitness, Kyrie pursued her passion for human movement and biomechanics by earning a B.S. in Kinesiology from Oregon State
University. After returning to California, she worked as a Neuro-Exercise Therapist, helping individuals with mobility challenges regain
function and independence. Her passion for inclusivity, movement, and heart-centered coaching shines through in everything she does.
When she’s not coaching, she’s running marathons or inspiring others to push past their limits. She took her first Rumble class two years
ago, and it was love at first punch—graceful hula hands turned into powerful boxing fists, and her runner’s stride sharpened into precise
footwork. With a decade of experience, Coach Ky is here to keep you bouncing on your toes!
