Allison

Born and raised in Salt Lake City, UT, Alli has been a lifelong athlete, trying everything under the sun but mainly stuck to gymnastics and volleyball. As a young athlete, Alli always knew her passions for health and fitness extend far beyond the court or gym, and her purpose is to help others uncover their inner strength and develop the confidence to live a life full of BIG MAGIC. It all started when an idea popped into her head one summer when she was coaching her younger twin sisters gymnastics in their home basement that she discovered this love for helping people step into their strongest selves. When she moved to San Diego in 2019 to attend college at the University of San Diego to study biology and finance, she felt lost, and missed the camaraderie of team sports until she rediscovered group fitness and immersed herself in the communities. Throughout college, Alli got her 200 hour yoga teacher certification, taught a thousand yoga classes, got classical mat pilates certified, and worked at various studios in the city. A couple words to describe her classes are: magnetic, electrifying, and FUN. When she’s not teaching or working out, you’ll find her pulling out her pink Kitchen Aid mixer trying to perfect as many matcha recipes as imaginable, and creating playlists for every mood and season. She also loves taking dance (hip-hop) and figure skating lessons! Her guilty pleasures are salt n straw ice cream and Diet Coke. If she could live anywhere besides San Diego, it would be Okinawa, Japan, akin to Hawaii. “I love group fitness because it’s an equalizer- it doesn’t matter where you come from or how old you are. You realize we are all the same, sharing this beautiful human experience, harmonizing energy and ultimately inspiring each other to become our best selves”
