Dan who was born and raised in Fairfield, CT, now resides in Norwalk, CT, and has been a dominant force in Fairfield County's fitness Industry for over a decade. Avid golfer, weight lifter, and proud dog dad, Dan spent years of his life doing security on the Jerry Springer show, and working as a model with top companies such as Under Armor. Present day, he'll help you fine tune your squats, and push you towards your fitness goals on the floor and the bag. Our GM, and one of our Founding Trainers, Dan uses his weight lifting background to deliver a muscle burning, mind tingling workout that will get results.
