He has experience leading HIIT and strength training classes but also enjoys endurance activities such as running and cycling. Most recently, Jerry trained in kickboxing, fostering an environment of positivity, accountability, and camaraderie. He thrives on the energy of group fitness and motivating others to push past their limits while building lasting connections.
