Mars Russo
Mars Hall, a South Korea-born, New Jersey-raised musician turned boxing and kickboxing enthusiast, now resides in Austin, Texas. His journey through music was halted by the COVID-19 pandemic, which led him to discover a new passion - boxing. Training under renowned professionals like Kurtiss Colvin, Brian Vera, and Armenian Olympic Boxing Academy Vice President Arsen Hovhannisyan.
Mars quickly excelled, becoming a Bronze Level Certified USA Boxing Coach. His interest extended to Muay Thai Kickboxing, training under Joshua "Cobra" Scales, and even Muay Thai legend Saenchai in Thailand. Mars's deep love for these combat sports inspires his teaching, seeing them as vehicles for joy, athleticism, and discipline. Testament to his discipline, Mars became a 3-time ultra-marathon runner in 2023. He is now a member of the Army Reserves and graduated with honors from his platoon. His story is one of resilience, passion, and continual learning.
