Ali, a New Jersey native, combines his deep knowledge of medicine and health sciences with a passion for fitness to promote preventative, mental, and physical health. With nearly a decade of experience in group fitness and having navigated the corporate world, he understands the challenges of balancing work, life, and well-being. As head trainer at Rumble Westfield and a founding trainer at Rumble Princeton, Ali specializes in the sweet science of boxing, kickboxing, and strength training, believing fitness is a transformative journey that strengthens both the body and mind. An everyday athlete, Ali has a rich history in sports—from track and baseball to streetball and park football. He’s a Spartan athlete who thrives on pushing his limits, whether it’s running 5k-10k races for a great cause or just for the thrill of the challenge. Next on his list? Crushing a full marathon. In high school, he competed nationally with his robotics team, showcasing his discipline and diverse skill set. His passion for boxing runs deep, seeing it as the ultimate expression of resilience, focus, and precision—values he instills in his clients. Ali views fitness as more than just completing a workout; it’s about building strength, confidence, and mental toughness that extends into all areas of life. With high energy, a passion for teaching, and a positive attitude, he fosters a supportive environment where clients are motivated to reach their full potential.
